My Legacy LLC offers you an easy-to-use online questionnaire to inventory and to document your estate and everything that might have to be handled by your heirs. This interactive questionnaire will take you step by step through the process of providing all the needed information. When finished, the system will generate a complete report, “The Support Letter”, that will be automatically emailed to you.

A Free Guide will assist you in gathering the information before you complete the questionnaire.

In the future, you may have to change some of your instructions. We offer you another interactive form to amend any of the items you included in your original Support Letter. The system will generate an “Amendment Letter” that will be automatically emailed to you.

The Support Letter is a pdf report, that is emailed to you, after you have input your information into our interactive form. You may then forward it to whomever you choose to facilitate the handling of your estate. They will know exactly whom to call, notify or contact and the location of important documents and information that they will need. It is truly a comprehensive and personalized after-death guide. Your recipients will be given important information, that is normally not provided in Wills and Trusts, and everything that may be needed at the time of your death. The interactive form will prompt you to input this detailed information and the system will compile the Support Letter.

Once your purchase is complete, you will get a unique link in your email that will take you to the form. This link is unique, reserved for you only, to protect your personal information. After clicking your private link, read the instructions provided on the form and proceed to fill it out. Your may save your work and continue at a later date. You will have 15 days to complete the form. Once you have submitted the form, your Support Letter will be automatically generated and emailed to you. The form cannot be resubmitted.

In consideration of the privacy that the information input by our clients into the forms require, all client records will be removed from the database after 15 days have elapsed from the date of purchase.

If you ever need to amend your Support Letter, we offer you an Amendment tool, that will allow you to modify any specific section that need changes. You may reference every Amendment to the corresponding section of the original Support Letter. It is as simple as that.
