My Legacy, LLC understand your concerns about how we use the information we collect. Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage of the products, services, software, platform and websites (collectively, “Services”) provided by My Legacy, LLC. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then you should stop accessing the Services.

1.  Collection of your Personal Information

My Legacy, LLC may collect personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, physical address, telephone number and IP address.  The information that we collect and store often depends on the type of Service that you use.  If you contact our customer service personnel, we may record the phone call or retain the email string or chat transcript for quality assurance purposes.  My Legacy, LLC may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as Postal Codes, gender, age, preferences, interests and favorites.  With the exception of the items enumerated in this paragraph, My Legacy, LLC deletes at least after 15 days of purchase any information input by you into our interactive tools when using our Services.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be collected by My Legacy, LLC. This information may include: your browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. My Legacy, LLC may also collect location information based on visitors’ IP addresses. This information is used by My Legacy, LLC for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Services. In order to better understand how visitors utilize its site and to improve its services, My Legacy, LLC may also collect information about your use of our Site, such as pages visited, links clicked, text entered, and mouse movements.

2.  Use of your Personal Information

My Legacy, LLC collects and uses your personal information to deliver the Services you have requested and to operate and improve our
Services. My Legacy, LLC may also use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from My Legacy, LLC that may interest you. My Legacy, LLC may also contact you to participate in surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

My Legacy, LLC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of My Legacy, LLC’s business assets. In such an event, you may not have the right to opt out of any such transfer.

4.  How Users can Access, Change and Delete Their Information

If you have registered and establish an account with My Legacy, LLC, you can access and change information previously submitted by logging into your My Legacy, LLC account, selecting “Account Settings” and editing the data fields there.

5.  For California Residents

Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) afforded California residents (i) the right to request disclosure of data collection and sales practices in connection with the requesting consumer; (ii) the right to have the requesting consumer’s information deleted, subject to certain exceptions; (iii) the right to request that their personal information not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and (iv) the right not to be discriminated against because they exercised any of the new rights.

California residents may submit a personal information or erasure request via email to privacy@mylegacyreports.com. My Legacy, LLC will need to collect information from the requesting party to verify their identity, and will respond within 45 days of receiving a personal information request (subject to an additional 45-day extension in certain circumstances).

Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your content or information and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.

You are responsible for safeguarding and preventing unauthorized access to the user information and password that you use to access our Services. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
