How we can help
You can find many generic after-death checklists online. However, none of them is specific for you and your estate. At My Legacy LLC, we can help give direction and guidance to those who will deal with your after-death responsibilities with a customized “Support Letter” that is generated by you, after you have completed the interactive form.
The Support Letter is a pdf report, that is emailed to you, after you have input your information into our interactive form. You may then forward it to whomever you choose which would allow them to easily and efficiently manage your estate. The purpose of the Support Letter is to walk the recipient(s) through the process of dealing with your after-death obligations, which may include but is not limited to, your wishes as expressed in your estate planning and in accordance with the detailed directives you input into the form. They will know exactly whom to call, notify, or contact once you pass. In addition, they will receive instructions about documents to locate or obtain and how you wish to handle your assets. It is truly the most comprehensive after-death checklist out there. Your recipient will be given detailed information, that is normally not provided in Wills and Trusts, and everything that may be needed at the time of your death. The interactive form will prompt you to input this detailed information, which will guide the recipient step by step.
